Yeah, repositioning the mouse is pretty much the only way to "deal" with this... but then there's another problem. Where do you position the mouse? I don't remember how dbp works, but if you manage to launch the game in the secondary screen then 200,200 is going to be out of bounds and result in you switching the focus out of the app.

Obviously you can't use this in windowed apps either. Unless you can figure out the window coords somehow... And even if you can, I'm not sure if you should. It's just a pain in the arse to try to switch to other apps running in the background.
