More questions:
Where did you extract the files?
What anti-virus software are you using?
Do you use dual-screen set up or anything like that?

I extracted the files to desktop, and launched the .exe from there.
I use a few anti-virus programs to be most safe. Such as avast! Antivirus, Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0, and Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 14.
I don't use dual-screen setup or the like.
Remember, this was working before, but after a few days the game no longer worked. :/

Hi joule,
as they used to run before we can safely assume it's something that you have downloaded or updated (windows updates etc) recently that is causing the problem. That could be one of many things though so it's really difficult to say exactly what.
What I might do though is update my PC and software then recompile the code to see if that helps in any way.
May take a few days though as I'm just trying to put the finishing touches to our next game.

Ok. Thanks a lot, man. Yeah, I'm definitely thinking it might've been a Windows update that caused this. :/
Can't wait for the new version though.

How often does Windows Update crash things? I know that here at work a Windows Update crashed something on one of our main servers... pisspoor if you ask me.

I didn't know what to write here, so I thought I might fill up the space uselessly, to give you something to read. I know this is a blatant waste of bits and bytes, but if you would be so kind, don't hate me for it. I only sit here and type because I am bored. And you are too, my friendly reader.

This is the first time Windows updated has ever affected a game of mine. Remember, this is just a good guess. It might not be Windows update causing this. We're still to find out.
And I found something out. I actually got to play Mono last night. Could you believe it? I deleted the previous Mono, Duo, and DuoTris .exe's and then cleaned my registry, then I re-downloaded Mono 1.02. I launched it and it worked. I was so happy. But then... after about 15 minutes of play I closed it. I tried to re-launch it, but I received the same error as before. ....Weird....

Apologies for the double post, but any updates on the new version? It's been over a week.

Heh you clearly don't know how long things take around here
Seriously though I haven't forgotten about it, but with final bug fixing and feature requests for our new game taking up every spare moment, I just haven't had time. There's only so much one man can do.
When I get a couple of spare hours I'll do the necessary upgrades and try recompiling.
