The EP launches next Friday, very keen. Should be throwing this one up on iTunes if all goes to plan.  Reindeer!

I'm really hearing a musical similarity with Pablo Honey again.  Great stuff.  Hope the launch goes well Smiley

New Dave Gahan with Soulsavers.  Loved their last album so looking forward to hearing more of this one.

New New Order go 80's disco.  Shame the rest of the album is a bit poop.  Rhino!

Everyone in Australia loves the hell out of Tame Impala. I've always hated their stuff, weird poppy prog wishywashy stuff. So I finally hear this song, The Less I Know the Better, a bit of a banger with a thumping bassline... strong verse with slick vocals... oh... oh no... oh it's all falling apart in the chorus. Oh well...

Yeah I like that.  Heard their name plenty of times, but never actually heard anything by them.

Has me thinking a bit of the awesome Beach House.

Loving the new Radiohead album.  Some of the arrangements are superb.

Bonus points for the Trumpton inspired video too.

A good couple of weeks in music.  Deepeche Mode announce a new album & James Mudriczki rises from the ashes of the criminally underrated Puressence with his new band Nihilists.

Depeche Mode in surprisingly political and topical mode.

Over 2 hours of brilliance from Radiohead at Glastonbury.  Also enjoyed The National and the excellent Wild Beasts.

I didn't realise the criminally unknown Matt Maltese was playing on the BBC Introducing stage at Glasto.  Where's the album Matt?   BunnyMonkey!

Also best new vocalist around Keir was there too.  Better than all the acts on the main stages that weren't called Radiohead.
